- Our normal processing time is 7-10 business days to process the order as all of our items are made especially for you, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.

- After the order is fulfilled, the shipping election made at the time of checkout begins.

- Email support@countryboifly.store with your Order Number and state "Cancel Order" with your reason for cancellation.

- Email support@countryboifly.store with your Order Number and state "RETURN REQUEST" listing the items you would like to return, and we will send a return label free of charge.

- Items must be returned within 30 days in New, unworn condition with tags intact or a refund may not be processed. A small fee applies to send back items ineligible for a refund.

- Country Boi Fly adjustable headwear is manufactured on a One Size Fits Most scale.

Tees - Country Boi Fly Tees runs true to size. (Reference Style 1003957: Model is 6'0" and wearing a Size Large)

Hoodies - Country Boi Fly Hoodies run slightly smaller. We recommend sizing up for a cozier fit. (Reference Style 1003970: Model is 5'10" and wearing a Size Large).
